USCIS extended flexibility policies due to Pandemic

United States citizenship and immigration services have extended the flexibility policy to a certain part of the USCIS requests because of the pandemic. The USCIS has done it so that certain petitioners can have more time to respond to requests for evidence and notices of intent to deny due to the current pandemic.

The extended flexibility policy will apply to certain forms which have notice of action date between March 1, 2020, and September 11, 2020
